Pittsburgh Corning’s StrataFab^® Insulation Billet is manufactured with a proprietary bonding adhesive to create a uniform, multi-layered stack of FOAMGLAS^® ONE™ insulation block. The insulation billet is then fabricated into a wide range of shapes and sizes to satisfy industrial and commercial insulation requirements.

The FOAMGLAS^® ONE™ insulation block has a service temperature range from minus 100 degrees F to 900 degrees F (minus 73 degrees C to 482 degrees C) and is designed for the following applications:

• Low, medium and high-temperature piping
• Heat-transfer fluid piping
• Direct burial and underground piping
• Cyclical piping
• Maintenance, repair and overhaul

StrataFab^® system should not be used below-ground or indoors when service temperatures are expected to reach or exceed 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Contact your FOAMGLAS^® industry representative for regional availability.
