Conval introduces its urea service valve
Engineering360 News Desk | May 03, 2021Valve manufacturer Conval Inc. has introduced its new in-line, axial check valve for urea and ammonia service.
The new valve is available in standard sizes ranging from ½ in to 6 in and features flanged, butt weld, hub, lens ring or custom connections. Conval’s urea service valves are also available in assorted alloys, including urea-grade 316L, Ferralium 255, 310 MoLN, Duplex F51, Super Duplex F53, 25-22-2 SS, Zeron 100 and titanium.

Other features of the urea service valve include an integral gland wrench for concentric 360° packing load; inline renewability; a two-year warranty; helium leak testing; and steam jacketing.
