Diamond Dust Drill Fluid Conditioner from ProOne is an environmentally friendly additive that is formulated with XPL+ Lubrication Technology. The engineered fluid solution exhibits a strong ionic charge allowing it to bond with metals and create a protective fluid film even when it is exposed to extreme heat and pressure.

The mud conditioner stabilizes shale formulations by forming a thin, tough and slick filter cake. It also replaces or reduces the need for high-pressure lubricants, shale inhibitors, shale stabilizers, wall cake enhancers, fluid loss control additives and sulfonated asphalts.

Diamond Dust provides for exceptional high-pressure, high-temperature lubrication, which reduces drill string torque, drag, differential sticking, bit balling and bit wear. It is available in 40-pound bags with a recommended mixing ratio of three to six pounds per barrel of drilling fluid.
