DMN-WESTINGHOUSE introduces a high pressure rotary valve that is suitable for applications in metering and pneumatic conveying of granular products under high pressure.

The HP valves are supplied with a 316 stainless steel body and aluminum end covers to provide maximum protection against wear. The standard full end disc rotor is made of 316 stainless steel and has 12 fixed blades. The end covers have outboaImage credit: DMN Westinghouserd bearings, lubricated and sealed for life. The special construction of the shaft sealing guarantees the lowest air leakage.

The HP valves are available in three sizes ranging from 200 mm–300 mm, covering a capacity range of the rotor from 8.3–30 liter per revolution at 100 percent filling.
