Fluid control equipment manufacturer CIRCOR International has announced the debut of its Zenith 2K Precision Gear Metering Systems.

Designed for the foam, adhesives and sealants industries, the Zenith 2K systems are intended to meet the demands of multi-component applications, delivering accuracy in metering and mixing processes. Enabling these systems to offer accuracy and consistency is the use of high-precision rotary gears, which offers a smooth, continuous, and pulse-less flow, ensuring desirable results across applications like sealants, adhesives, potting compounds and sealing foams. This precision reportedly helps manufacturers optimize their production processes, reduce waste and maintain consistent product quality.
