KNF has unveiled the latest additions to its smooth flow series: the FP 7 and FP 25 low pulsation pumps. These pumps combine the best features of gear, centrifugal and diaphragm pumps with their innovative design, precise control and customizable features. Expected to redefine standards for efficiency, the FP 7 and FP 25 offer exceptional performance and reliability in the most demanding industrial applications.

The FP 7 and FP 25 pumps are designed with built-in dampeners to ensure smooth, low-pulsation flow, minimizing friction in tubing and eliminating the need for external dampening equipment. This guarantees reliable fluid transfer without the risk of bubble formation, maintaining consistent flow rates and enhancing overall efficiency.

Even at reduced motor speeds, both pumps feature four-point valves for reliable self-priming, ensuring uniform operation across a wide range of conditions. In addition, thanks to a digitally adjustable BLDC motor, precise control over pump performance can be achieved, enabling tailored solutions to suit specific application requirements.

The FP 7 offers a nominal flow rate of 70 ml/min (1.1 US gph), while the FP 25 can deliver a higher nominal flow of 250 ml/min (4 US gph). Suitable for a range of applications from inkjet printing to medical equipment and fuel cells, these pumps are ideal for industries where precision and performance are imperative.

KNF pumps are fully customizable, enabling users to tailor pump head, valve and diaphragm materials to suit specific operating conditions. With a range of DC motors available, including advanced BLDC versions for enhanced controllability, these pumps offer superior versatility and reliability in fluid transfer applications.
