Sames North America has introduced new and improved Xcite+ & Xcite+ Light manual Airmix spray guns.

The new Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light contain the same well-known features that already exist in the Xcite manual spray gun with the addition of a few technical upgrades. These guns still deliver a high level of performance with unsurpassed finish quality.

The Xcite+ will visually be the same gun as the Xcite. The difference is found in the integration of newSource: Sames North America components to improve spraying quality and the general use of the gun:

• A diffuser and deflector ensure a finer atomizing spraying quality

• New trigger design for more comfort and to help avoid finger pinching

• 240 bar spring instead of 200 bar for compliancy with 35C50 pumps and above

• New swivel

The new Xcite+ Light version will benefit from the above listed improvements plus a fan adjustment valve and a female fluid inlet fitting to connect any fluid hose.

Additional end-user benefits include less operator fatigue due to lightness of the Xcite+ Light and enhanced maneuverability gained by directly connecting the flexible whip end hose to the gun inlet. Thanks to the deflector, users can conserve energy by reducing the atomizing air by 0.1 up to 1 bar/1.5 up to 15 psi. Superior finishing quality is assured by improved transfer efficiency atomization with the diffuser and deflector.
