Sames Kremlin’s FPro spray gun is offered with a wide range of accessories. Three atomization and aircap technologies are available for conventional LVLP and HVLP applications. A new generation of super light hoses is also available to complement the ergonomic handle and lightweight body.

The device incorporates Sames Kremlin's patent-pending restrictor paint speed controller and vortex spin effect. The restrictor controls and pre-atomizes the paint into smaller droplets. It slows down the paint speed leaving time for the aircap to atomize the paint and form the perfect droplet size. This helps avoid any bounce back onto the part and increases the transfer efficiency.

The vortex injection technology produces a swirling effect. The paint leaves the nozzle with a helical pattern shape which improves the homogeneity of the film build. It also allows for high levels of penetration when painting complex shaped parts. Furthermore, the path between the nozzle and the part is longer which slows down the paint avoiding any bounce back effect to the part and increases the transfer efficiency for even better finish quality.
