Seegrid, a manufacturer of autonomous mobile robots for material handling applications, has announced the release of its upgraded autonomous tow tractor for high-traffic facilities.

The Seegrid Palion Tow Tractor Series 8 features Smart Path Tech to make decisions and move safely through high-traffic, dynamic facilities. Additionally, artificial intelligence (AI) enables the autonomous tow tractor to “see” and “understand” its surroundings while moving up to 10,000 lb of materials throughout a facility.
