Drillmec’s GD series gear driven triplex mud pumps feature a small footprint. A direct gear driven transmission couples the AC motor to the crankshaft. With a top mount configuration, it provides a very compact design as comparable pumps with equal pressure and volumetric pumping ranges occupy significantly larger footprints.
GD series pumps feature a P-Quip fast release system, providing access to the valve cover, rod and liner. They are either packed on skids or trailered and feature a stroke length of 12 to 14 in. Liner diameters range from 4.5 to 9 in.
Drillmec’s quality management system is certified by API and DNV-GL. They can also work under NORSOK, ABS, DNV-GL Maritime and RMRS regulations as may be required in certain environments. Their mud pumps are also EAC certified. With an emphasis on continuous improvement, Drillmec’s new generation of gear driven triplex mud pumps are characterized by their compact size, reduced footprint, durability and process performance.
