Source: NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLCSource: NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLCThe FSIP® (Full Service in Place) NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump by NETZSCH was designed for wear-intensive applications. The pumps are fully serviceable when installed. All wetted parts are immediately accessible and all wear parts can be replaced in less than half the time of conventional designs.

In wear-intensive applications that require frequent service and maintenance, the workload is facilitated. Additional work steps are avoided and maintenance time is reduced, enabling savings in terms of pumping capacity and maintenance costs.

The FSIP® pump is designed in a way that the housing itself functions as a support and orientation guideline. Each part fits into its destination and positioning is done automatically without the need for further adjustments.

The pump features block construction with a flanged drive. It is particularly compact and economical. Two rotor/stator geometries are available to cover a broad spectrum of products and applications, and they handle a wide variety of different substances with high dosing precision over the entire rotational-speed range.
