Low noise and high torque output

The helical gear design of LM SERVOBOX series geared motors uses twice as many meshing teeth as a standard spur gear, operates smoothly and produces very little noise and backlash while maintaining a high torque output.

High precision machining

The planetary gear and sun gear are manufactured from high-quality NiCr-Mo alloy steel (SNCM220) and are precision machined and carburized to hardness 57-60 HRC. Precision teeth grinding also ensures that gear accuracy reaches DIN6 class and provides better wear resistance, impact resistance and longer service life than gears with only surface nitride.
