Plus One Robotics, a manufacturer of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered robotic vision for material handling applications, has developed the DepalOne depalletizing solution.

Developed in partnership with beRobox, which is a leader in modular mobile robotics, the DepalOne is a turnkey depalletizing solution developed to encourage flexible automation in modern warehouses.

DepalOne combines beRobox’s portable hardware with Plus One’s PickOne vision system to deliver a flexible palletizing and depalletizing cell.

The system is capable of handling complexity, including mixed, rainbow and single-SKU pallets, promising to solve labor shortages, ergonomic risks and packaging variability.

The developers of the depalletizer explained that the system delivers 500 to 700 packages per hour with a 70 lb capacity, an up to 98 inch palletizing height and nine cycles per minute with dual pallet locations.
