Lutz-Jesco GmbH has revealed its the new generation of stepper motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps designed for reliable and accurate dosing of chemicals.

The MEMDOS SMART series offers a wide range of solutions for demanding dosing tasks, utilizing stepper motor technology to achieve high-precision dosing even for small volumes. The asynchronous running with variable speeds of the suction and pressure stroke ensures homogeneous and pulse-reduced dosing, enhancing dosing efficiency.

Key features of the MEMDOS SMART dosing pump include a compact design that saves space, making it the most space-efficient step motor pump in its class. The pumps offer comfortable operation with compatible operator units that can be used across various pumps, promoting ease of use and maintenance. The intuitive user interface with structured menu navigation ensures simple operation, while the option for external sensors such as pressure sensors and flow meters enhances the pump's intelligence and monitoring capabilities.

The MEMDOS SMART series is available in seven versions, with two available sizes offering performance ranges from 2.6 l/h (0.69 US gal/hour) at 20 bar to 182 l/h (48.1 US gal/hour) at 4 bar, catering to a range of dosing requirements. The pumps are equipped with various materials and connections on the suction and discharge sides, allowing customization based on specific applications. Accessory sets comprising hoses, injection nozzles and suction lines are also available to facilitate optimal dosing results and quick installation.
