With its stepper motor, the pump is capable of precisely metering small volumes, particularly important in chemical dosing applications where accuracy is crucial. Furthermore, the asynchronous running with various speeds of the suction and pressure stroke ensures homogeneous and pulse-reduced dosing, which enables consistent and reliable dosing performance. The MEMDOS SMART series is available in seven versions and two sizes and offers a range of functionalities to accommodate a variety of pumping requirements. Performance runs from 2.6 l/h (0.01 U.S. gpm) at 20 bar to 30.7 l/h (0.14 U.S. gpm) at 6 bar in the first size, and from 58.5 l/h (0.26 U.S. gpm) at 10 bar to 182 l/h (0.8 U.S. gpm) at 4 bar in the second size.

Thanks to additional features such as a variable display position, intuitive operation, and an optional leak sensor for diaphragm monitoring, the MEMDOS SMART pump enhances user convenience and system monitoring capabilities. With standard inputs and outputs and a bus interface, the dosing system can also be monitored and controlled comprehensively with appropriate Lutz-Jesco accessories.
