South Korean tech company KT Enterprise has launched a new robot designed to kill viruses in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and government buildings.

The so-called AI Quarantine Robot sterilizes both the floors and the air in spaces using a combination of onboard air purification/plasma sterilization/UVC sterilization, which all function simultaneously, according to the company.

The autonomous system reportedly purifies the air, removing dust and toxic gases, and disinfects floors, all at the same time.

Available in April 2022, the AI Quarantine robots from KT Enterprise are available for sale or rent in two different sized versions.
