Founder and CEO of Davidson Logistics LLC in Bridgeton, Missouri, announced plans to create hundreds of thousands of square feet of new and remodeled warehouse and office space. The first phase, renovation of a former pharmaceutical manufacturing complex into a state-of-the-art warehouse, has already begun. The second phase, planned within the next three years, is the new regional logistics center. The new facilities will be located in the city of Bridgeton.

The project will also create up to 200 new jobs with salaries in the $18 to $20 per hour range, plus benefits. Payroll impact will reach $3.6 million or more for these new workers in the first year. Additional jobs will be created by Davidson Logistics' suppliers and contractors working on the remodel.

Company founder and CEO Don Davidson Jr. made the announcement on February 25, 2022. The project’s first phase is expected to cost $4 to $6 million.

"Remodeling of the new facility will create more than 300,000 square feet of warehouse space which our company needs to continue growing," said Davidson.
