A self-adjusting function sets the target weight and starts the auto adjustment, and the bag filler begins self-Source: General Measurelearning for 10 packs and finds the optimal output performance. A smart feeding algorithm enables the bag filler to adjust the parameter to the optimal status automatically to avoid errors associated with environment changes.

Process speed is increased, and a bag filler with single hopper can pack 1,000 pieces/hour. Accuracy can reach ±2 g in a reliable, low maintenance module design. A servo motor improves control system accuracy and with USB connections, packing data can be easily exported.
