Conax earns ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation
Engineering360 News Desk | February 10, 2021The calibration laboratory of Conax Technologies has received ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation from A2LA — one of the largest and most well-recognized accreditors of calibration laboratories in the U.S.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 sets the national standard of excellence for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Receiving the accreditation means the Conax calibration laboratory is officially recognized as fully capable and competent and assures customers that the company will produce valid and reliable results.
Conax, a designer and manufacturer of temperature sensors, compression seal fittings and cable and harness assemblies for diverse industries and applications, has also met additional requirements to obtain International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation, Mutual Recognition Arrangement certification. This ensures that the facility is in compliance with a host of other standards around the world dealing with calibration laboratory quality requirements.
Achieving ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ILCA MRA certification demonstrates commitment to continually improving and expanding our capabilities to better meet the needs of Conax customers.
