Video: Large bore CT system cleared for radiation therapy planning

The wide opening and extended field-of-view reconstruction provide the flexibility needed to handle bariatric patients and challenging patient positioning. Examinations can be performed faster thanks to the 80-row detector with 4 cm coverage, the largest available for bore scanners.
The Aquilion Exceed LB incorporates Canon’s Advanced Intelligent Clear-IQ Engine Deep Learning Reconstruction technology, which improves image clarity and sharpness, and artificial intelligence-powered software for automatic organ and tissue contouring.
