Maker of machinery, tooling and automation systems, the Brown Machine Group has introduced its new automated wrapping system.

According to Brown Machine Group, the NAS e-Wrap series vertical wrapper is an automated wrapping machine designed to increase throughput in the apparel, office equipment, tool and parts supplies, publications, sampling, pharmaceuticals and fulfillment markets.

Easy to install into existing systems, such as robotic conveyor systems, the NAS e-Wrap forms an envelope for products to be placed. Once the product is placed in the envelope, the system seals it and applies a shipping label.

The automated wrapping system’s auto bag length feature reportedly ensures that material is saved by eliminating the need for pre-made bags.

The NAS e-Wrap is available in both pneumatic and servo-driven iterations.
