Source: HYDACFluid technology company HYDAC has announced its HPK06 series of 5,000 psi 3.5 gpm directional flow control valves.

The hydraulically piloted, three-way, two-position, spool-type direct-acting valve includes a screw-in cartridge and uses an HYDAC FC06-5 cavity with three work ports, and separate pilot and vent ports with open transition.

Additionally, the five-port valve is capable of handling small-priority flow control demands and is adaptable for use as a logic element. Likewise, full pressure can be applied to all ports.

The valve is available in a variety of spring bias options, with spring options from 30 to 300 psi. The valve also allows for bidirectional flow and uses load-sensed priority flow control as a component of a wholly adjustable pressure-compensated flow control.
