The connected valves can be re-configured in real-time and are flexible enough to address some of the most sophisticated and demanding applications.

AxisPro proportional valves are available with three levels of controls including basic onboard electronics for traditional applications, onboard motion controls that help improve dynamic performance and additional built-in pressure and temperature functionality to expedite set-up and commissioning.

These new valves feature advanced electronics for enhanced scalability, programmability and reduced latency. They also support predictive health monitoring, diagnostics, prognostics and other custom applications.

The proportional valves feature an ambient temperature rating of 85° C, have a maximum pressure rating of 350 bar, either IP 65 or IP 67 ingress protection ratings and support a maximum flow rate of up to 375 liters per minute. These valves also suit a variety of applications including die casting and foundry, machine tooling, marine and offshore, presses, primary metals, plastics, pulp and paper, test equipment, turbine control and wood processing, which reduces OEM inventory requirements.
