The KBFRG4-5 valve boasts a maximum pressure rating of 350 bar and a flow capacity of 290 liters per minute at 57 bar, providing greater power output versus similar products on the market. Its 20 millisecond step response enhances performance for demanding operations.

Built for harsh conditions, the valve comes with an IP67 ingress protection rating and a sturdy metal housing designed to resist vibration and shock (7.8 g random, 50 g shock). A high-corrosion-resistance version is also available. The valve complies with key industry certifications, including CE, UKCA, REACH, RoHS and EMI/EMC standards.

The KBFRG4-5 valve simplifies setup, commissioning and troubleshooting with its advanced tools and features. It supports CAN communication and configurable control modes, which can be programmed using Danfoss’ Pro-FX Configure software. Optional test kits are available to ease on-site commissioning. Integrated health monitoring and LED indicators enhance diagnostic capabilities.

With round solenoids, an external linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) and a standard CETOP 5 body and spools, the KBFRG4-5 valve is designed for cost efficiency. Multiple spool options with different flow ratings are also available, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
