A new high-performance thin film from Fujipoly delivers a thermal conductivity of 2.2 W/m•K with a thermal Source: FujipolySource: Fujipolyresistance as low as .33° C•in2/W.

Sarcon 45-YR-a is a V-0 rated, 0.45 mm thick silicone material that effectively eliminates near-microscopic air gaps that exist between a heat source such as a high-performance semiconductor and a nearby heat sink. By increasing surface area contact, it is possible to measurably improve the cooling performance of the heat sink.

The thin film is recommended for applications with operational temperatures that range from -40° C to 150° C and is available in rolls or can be die-cut to your exact specification requirements.
