The SKY66114-11 FEM from Skyworks Solutions is a 2.4 GHz front-end module provided in a small, 16-pin, 2.4 mm × 2.4 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package. The integrated power amplifier provides up to +23 dBm output power, the low noise amplifier 11 dB of gain while the RF blocks operate over a wide supply voltage range from 1.2 V to 3.6 V.
The FEM has been designed into reference designs with products from Silicon Labs, NXP and Texas Instruments meeting the demands of long-range, low-power and cost-effective solutions.
