The low-profile design significantly reduces the overall height above panel compared to traditional cordgrip solutions but also provides a degree of tamper-resistance for cable assemblies, ensuring peace of mind for users. The integral sealing ring guarantees a superior seal at the clearance or threaded mounting holeSource: Heyco location, meeting IP68 standards and pending approval for NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P applications.

The ratchet design of the sealing nut assembly offers superior anti-vibration protection and a secure grip on the cable, while the acme threads on the body prevent skipping and expedite installation. Constructed entirely of nylon with a Buna N sealing gland, this cordgrip is resistant to salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents (please note that this feature is not evaluated by UL).
