The DCHP102 is a screw-in cartridge-style manual hand pump with dual integrated check valves from pump and valve manufacturer Doering. It is designed as a hydraulic backup, for applications such as hydrostatic testing, parking brakes, heavy equipment and safety applications.

There are two model versions with two displacements: the DCHP10221 .601 CI with 9.8 cc displacement and DCHP10230 .442 CI with a 7.2 cc. Featuring Nitrile seals, it is rated for operating temperatures of -40° C to 100° C. It is rated to proof pressures of 7,500 psi (517.12 bar).

Additionally, the design is corrosion resistant. The seat is composed of hardened steel for long life and the piston is hardened and ground. The pump is zinc plated to ASTM specifications, thereby improving wear and corrosion resistance and improving heat and friction resistance.

Features include a lever socket that rotates 360° and dual integrated check valves. The hand pump fits industry standard 10-2 cavity.
