Managing multiple pre-terminated cables has emerged as a problem due to the increasing use of high-definition multimedia interface, video graphics array, coaxial, industrial Ethernet, USB and sensor cables. A line of divisible cable entry frames and splittable grommets has been designed by AerosUSA to accommodate the needs of the electrical industry in managing pre-terminated cables.

With eight different models available in the standard splittable frame line for rectangular and square cutouts, a Source: AerosUSASource: AerosUSAvariety of cables and cable sizes can be managed without the need for an expansive list of stock keeping units. Splittable cable glands have also been engineered to streamline management of multiple, pre-terminated cable when the only entry option is a threaded entry hole. Available in both tooled and tool free options, installers can send one or multiple cables through an electrical panel or other application with ease.

Cable plates designed to accommodate a variety of cable entries with the added protection of a double membrane system provide an economical solution for installing multiple non-terminated cables with various diameters. The double membrane design allows for added strain relief and increased protection up to NEMA 4X and IP 66 in most models. The cable plates are offered in rectangular, square and circular models and accept one to 72 cables in a singular plate.
