York engineered their new Solution Endura semi-custom air handlers specifically for outdoor environments. The unit features a triple layer roof system with a waterproof membrane that provides for outstanding leakage performance. The unit is installed without fasteners, metal seams or caulking and the adjoining membrane is backed by an industry-leading 10-year warranty.

York's Solution Endura features a reliable, flexible and economical design. The outdoor air handler is built upon York's proven semi-custom indoor unit platform. It is available with a number of configurations with airflow capacities that range from 2,000 up to 50,000 cubic feet per minute.

The outdoor air handler is also engineered for durability. The exterior casing features York’s EnduraShield coating, which holds a 2,000-hour ASTM-certified salt spray test rating. The semi-custom unit is available with a full-length, integral service vestibule to facilitate maintenance operations as well as York’s enhanced thermal performance option, which provides for improved resistance to external condensation.

All internal motors and fans are factory-balanced and the unit is ETL-listed. Designs are tested per AMCA 210 and AMCA 300 at York’s AMCA-accredited laboratories, and each unit is certified per AHRI 410 and 430 methods to ensure that fan and motor performance meet or exceed design requirements.
