New Ultra-Wideband Distributed Driver Amplifier MMIC Released
November 30, 2018
Source: Custom MMICMonolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) developer Custom MMIC has just released the CMD292 — a new wideband distributed driver amplifier MMIC.
CMD292 delivers 13 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of 27 dBm, and output IP3 of 33 dBm at 15 GHz. The CMD292 features a positive gain slope over frequency, easing broadband designs when a flat gain profile is desired.
The CMD292 is a pad-compatible replacement for the HMC994 Analog Devices product. This broadband device is ideally suited for applications requiring broad bandwidth, high output power and high linearity.
