PHD’s Series BCT Needle Cylinders include the BCT1 manifold version and a BCT2 high flow version that increases run time between cleaning of “plate out” material. The units come standard with internal shock pads on extend and retract positions.

They are lubricated internally for the life of the cylinder with lubricant specified per FDA Regulation 21CFR 178.3570. PHD also offers an option for mirrored porting and shaft.

Self-lubricating nitrile piston and rod seals provide for an increased life expectancy.
