EROWA CleverClamp EROWA has introduced the CleverClamp, a new clamping solution for the production of one-offs and small series. The CleverClamp has an easy to handle design that can be used in a wide variety of applications, while decreasing setting-up times and improving productivity.

The workpiece is held firmly in place by the stamped jaws, and the work is positioned with an accurate toothed rack. The CleverClamp base rails are designed to fit the EROWA UPC and EROWA MTS production tooling systems. When handling for the CleverClamp is automated using the EROWA Robot, the proportion of productive machining time can be increased. The workpieces are palletized with the CleverClamp and placed in the EROWA Robot magazine.
