Vortec, a developer of compressed air cooling solutions for manufacturers, will be exhibiting at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago, Illinois, from September 9 through September 14, 2024. At IMTS, exhibitors and attendees from around the world and from a wide variety of industries come together to share and discover the latest innovations and technologies that are evolving traditional manufacturing practices.

  • Vortec cooling vests: Personal cooling devices that utilize compressed air to keep employees safe and comfortable in extreme temperature environments.
  • Enclosure coolers: Simple to install devices that attach to electrical enclosures and produce cold air from a compressed air hookup. This keeps electrical enclosures and control panels cool and protected and helps avoid downtime due to overheating.
  • Vortec cold air guns: Cold air guns also utilize compressed air and vortex tube technology to supply a cold stream of air that can be directed at tools to extend tool life by 50%.
  • Blow off solutions: Vortec also offers a wide variety of blow off solutions from air nozzles to air knives to supply efficient blow off for most applications.

These Vortec products will be on display all week in booth #135680 alongside Vortec’s sister company, Paxton Products. Vortec and Paxton Products are both ITW brands housed under the company ITW Air Management, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Vortec and Paxton Product engineers will be available all week to discuss these innovative products and how they can best be utilized in any facility.
