Smith & Loveless (Lenexa, Kan.) has shipped its first Everlast wet well mounted pump station. The above-grade station is mounted outside of and above the wet well, which helps to make operator maintenance safer, simpler and more economical.

Also, when working with submersible pumps, maintenance technicians occasionally damage other components in the lift station, leading to additional downtime.

Everlast pump stations include a stainless-steel baseplate, touchscreen station controls, non-clog impeller and check valve that the company says may be cleaned quickly. Stations use 4- to 6-in. pumps and piping and provide power ratings from 1.5 to 50 H, pumping capacity to 1300 gal./min. and total dynamic head (TDH) to 158 ft.
