The igus® Orange Services team offers assistance to customers who don’t have the time or resources to design and implement/maintain an e-chain® cable management system themselves. We can help you stay on track with time-sensitive projects by providing factory-trained support to conduct system checks before placing an order or beginning an installation.

What types of things does Orange Services have to offer?

Orange Services is split into four branches: engineering, installation, inspection and training.

The team can assist with requests ranging from reviewing and confirming the validity of your own design to providing turnkey custom solutions. We can provide services such as double checking that BOM’s are complete and correct before order entry, providing startup inspections and continuing with annual and warranty inspections. We also offer a range of training services for your engineering or maintenance teams. If it has to do with designing, installing, replacing or upgrading an e-chain®, we can help.

Who should take advantage of Orange Services?

The best candidates for Orange Services are people who own and operate mission critical pieces of machinery and anyone who does not feel they have the experience to do the job on their own.

Why should we use Orange Services? Can’t we do this ourselves?

Orange Services is here to support you as an extension of your own team. Not everyone has the time and resources to have a full-time e-chain® expert on their staff; however, that shouldn’t prevent you from having access to our vast knowledge base. We can answer questions about anything, ranging from which e-chain® to select to how different e-chain® materials react to different chemicals. We offer consulting at the project design level regarding things such as how to exchange your festoon system out for a superior e-chain system® and much more.
