According to a statement from the company, turnaround times are 3 to 5 days for plug heaters, 5 to 7 days for flange heaters and 9 to 12 days for circulation heaters. Both standard, catalog-type designs and custom designs are eligible for the program, which includes no upcharge for non-standard configurations.

Durex heaters are used in a variety of applications and industries, including power plants, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, packaging, heat treating, cleaning and plating, aerospace, semiconductor processing and food service equipment. The company recently expanded its facilities to accommodate greater production volumes, plus its teams for engineering support and research and development.
