Excelon Plus is offered with tamper-resistant features on standard models and is suitable for all industrial applications. The compact unit is provided with padlock features on both the shut-off valve and regulator. A rotating safety shut-off valve allows users to easily isolate the system while a unique double safety bowl lock eliminates the possibility of removing the bowl when it is pressurized.

The new FRL utilizes a quickclamp system allowing for installation and removal of the unit without breaking a pipe connection. Maintenance operations are also facilitated as the filter element assembly is removed with the bowl to help expedite servicing.

The Excelon Plus can be deployed as a stand-alone unit or integrated into modular systems. It is claimed to provide enhanced safety and functionality without compromising the reliability or robustness of standard IMI Norgren products.
