Rigid coupling covers. Source: StaffordStafford Manufacturing Corp. has introduced a new rigid shaft coupling cover that keeps couplings protected from dirt, dust and water. Stafford coupling covers are manufactured with ID sizes from 3/4" to 2" and are available in machined, injection molded or 3D-printed versions to fit straight-through and reducer style rigid couplings. They can be manufactured from a variety of plastic materials depending on the operating conditions and design requirements.

The two-piece design screws together tightly and features an O-ring seal, which makes them suitable for washdown applications.

Machined covers are made out of nylon, Delrin and other plastics for 3/4" and 1" shaft diameters. FDA approved materials are also available. Injection molded parts are available in OEM quantities with branding. 3D-printed covers are available in any size up to a 2" shaft diameter.
