A pressure transducer with measurement ranges from 30-inch vacuum to 200 pounds per square inch features a 4- to 20-milliamp output signal and a flexible barrier that isolates the transducer from process fluids.
Plast-O-Matics’ Series GGS-LE Isolated Pressure Transducer incorporates a gauge guard that isolates the transducer. The diaphragm provides a flexible barrier that eliminates corrosive media and contaminants from reaching the instrument's ceramic sensor.
The device features a Micro DIN connector, IP65 and IP67 enclosure ratings, stainless steel construction and ±0.5 percent accuracy. PTFE diaphragms are standard for measurements ranges of 0 to 25 pounds per square inch and greater, while FKM elastomer diaphragms are used for vacuum transducers and lower pressure ranges. Additional options include zero-deadleg as well as ultrapure and compact economical versions.
