The machine also provides for an unlimited length setting with a 30-inch single-length shuttle and a first-part cut accuracy of +/-0.006-inch per index. Up to four separate cut lengths can be programmed in each job while as many as 50 job programs can be stored at the machine.

The video shows the machine cutting two-inch-diameter mild steel tubing with a 12.5-in-diameter blade running at 150rpm. Cut length, part quantity, and blade rotation rate are all specified with touches of on-screen buttons, as is the initial trim test cycle. Subsequent alteration of cut length and part quantity is done with no need for a trim cycle. Other features include an interlocking safety hood, adjustable indexing feed speeds, mist coolant, with a one-gallon reservoir and wrench-free length setting.
