Cyient won an innovation challenge held by Itron. The winning entry, announced at Itron’s Utility Week event in Florida, was a mobile and web application for outage management that predicts and proactively communicates outages to customers. The application enables immediate communication to affected customers on outage incidents and restoration status, while also enabling customers to report an outage.
