Process and temperature meter enhances efficiency
GlobalSpec News Desk | May 02, 2024Moore Industries has unveiled the 330R2 1/8 DIN Process and Temperature Panel Meter, replacing the discontinued 330R Process Monitor. Designed for versatility, the new panel meter offers universal input and dual process relays, catering to a wide range of process and temperature applications, especially in harsh outdoor environments. With an ultraviolet-resistant and sunlight-readable four-digit display, operating in temperatures ranging from -40° C to 65° C, it ensures clarity and durability even in extreme conditions.
This compact meter accepts various analog inputs, including process voltage and current, resistance temperature detectors and the four most common thermocouples. Among the 330R2’s highlights is its
Source: Moore Industries ability to provide 24 V DC to power the transmitter’s 4 mA to 20 mA signal with the high-level input-powered units, while an isolated 4 mA to 20 mA output option allows for easy retransmission of process and temperature inputs. Housed in a shallow-depth 1/8 DIN casing with a NEMA 4X and IP65 front panel, its adjustable display intensity makes it ideal for outdoor applications, offering alarm and control flexibility with its 2 form C (SPDT) relays.
The 330R2 is UL and Canada-UL Listed, adhering to the safety standards of UL 508 Industrial Control Equipment. Programming is simplified, whether on a PC or in the field, with field programming via the four push buttons on the faceplate or using the free programming and monitoring software. Experience the efficiency and reliability of the 330R2 panel meter, delivering exceptional performance for diverse process and temperature monitoring needs.
