The high-performance optoNCDT ILR2250 laser distance sensor is used whenever large measuring ranges and high accuracy are required. It can be installed at distances up to 100 m, and even up to 150 m with a reflector film. This sensor impresses when measuring dark, structured and poorly reflecting surfaces, while providing stable measurement results to millimeter accuracy.

This sensor has different measurement modes for optimized measurements of demanding surfaces. With an aluminum die-cast housing, measurements both outdoors and indoors are possible. Its compact design allows for this laser distance sensor to be installed even in restricted spaces via an integrated mounting plate. For OEM purposes, it can be adapted to the special requirements of the measurement task. The ILR2250-100-IO model is equipped with an IO-Link interface. The IO-Link communication standard makes data communication incredibly simple while greatly reducing the sensor's commissioning time.
