CAB Solar has developed two new and innovative solutions to reduce costs and expand choices in its popular cable management with integrated grounding system for solar power projects.

CAB 10010 is a new CAB #2 grounding equivalent developed in response to customer requests for a #2 Source: CAB Solarequivalent when larger fuses are used. A CAB #3 grounding equivalent, CAB #10011, uses less copper to achieve its grounding equivalency, and therefore incurs a lower cost. This option will eventually be replacing the original CAB #3 equivalent, CAB #9605.

The integrated grounding equipment supplied by CAB Solar uses a copper composite messenger wire, which can serve as the grounding electrode conductor and equipment grounding conductor. These systems eliminate the need to run a separate grounding conductor and grounding jumpers to all mid piers.
