Sensata Technologies has introduced two new three-phase DIN rail and panel mount solid state relays (SSR) for use in large industrial equipment that requires both precise power control and ease of installation.Sensata SSR in HVAC application. Credit: Sensata Technologies.

The new series DR67 and PM67 SSRs are UL, VDE and CE certified for worldwide use in pump controls, HVAC&R, industrial ovens, plastic injection molding, food processing equipment and packaging equipment. They feature high power density of up to 75 amps at 600 V AC per channel at 40° C.

These SSRs are easy to install and compact, measuring 67.5 mm wide. They use large cage clamp connectors to simplify cable connections.

Additional product capabilities include integrated overtemperature protection with optional alarm output, a choice of two or three controlled leg options, built-in overvoltage protection and a choice of either AC or DC control.

The SSRs are available through Sensata’s global distribution network.
