4. Workplace politics (25%)

5. Management dealings (23%)

6. Career growth (22%)

7. Finding passion for the work (19%)

8. The feeling that there are no allies in the workplace, no one to guide them (16%)

9. Equal pay/negotiating salary matters (15%)

10. Reading and responding to all emails (13%)
