The FZU five-axis gantry mill from Zimmerman features a compact, modular design and is available in several different lengths and heights, with a footprint that measures up to 7.5 m x 7.5 m x 5.3 m. It features feed rates up to 60 m/min and is capable of machining aluminum, fiber composite materials, plastics and Ureol.

The machine features thermo-symmetrical construction, which makes it less susceptible to adverse ambient conditions.
