MoldMan Systems™ provides easy-to-use low-pressure injection molding machines that use thermoplastics, silicones and urethanes. The two latest molding machines include the Mold Man® 1050 and 2050.

Meet the little man. The Mold Man 1050 is a tabletop, low-pressure molding machine that features a precision flow/metering system, a center core “On Demand” type reservoir and one-ton clamping force. The Mold Man 1050 focuses on user friendliness, durability and minimal maintenance with intuitive touch screen operation, zero heated hoses and zero exposed heated joints or moving injection nozzles. Low-pressure molding offers instant potting or wire coating and protects assembled printed circuit boards from moisture, mechanical damage or harsh environments.

Let’s mix things up a bit. The Mold Man 2050 is the new Mix on Demand Molding™ table top — a low pressure, injection molding machine. It’s specifically designed to mold or overmold parts for electronics and lighting applications with single or two-part materials including epoxies, silicones and urethanes. The Mold Man 2050 has a disposable static mixing nozzle design (patent pending) for precise mixing of two-part materials and is capable of processing materials up to 750,000 centipoise. It has a two-ton clamping force with injection pressure of up to 2000 pounds per square inch. It’s simple to use, easy to maintain, and versatile for high to low volume production.
