The basis for these screwdrivers are the unmatched features that assure your assembly is done right the first time. The pneumatic tools incorporate a highly accurate shutoff clutch that transfers the torque – up to the pre-set value – onto the fastener. Despite an occurring inertia, the patented clutch reduces the transferred torque and then shuts-off the air-motor at approximately 50% of the nominal torque. Consequently, the once-reached nominal torque will not be affected by fluctuating air pressure, changing screw-joints, inconsistent speed or the occurring kinetic energy. The well-known accuracy [<±3% standard deviation] of those clutches in all of the screwdrivers within the series, guarantees a Cmk value of ≥1.67 with a tolerance requirement of ±10% in relation to 6 Sigma according to ISO 5393. In other words, a Cmk value of 1.67 means that there only is a failure rate of 0.6 faults per one-million screw assemblies.

If you require an assembly tool for a more complex or sensitive application that requires even tighter tolerances, then Deprag recommends the use of their EC-electric servo- or non-servo screwdrivers with an optimized program that will reach an accuracy of less than 1% standard deviation.

Whether the screwdriver is air-operated or electric, the Deprag screwdrivers have an array of safety- and operator-friendly features:

  • Slim design and low weight
  • Truly ergonomic form and grip
  • Low-force handhold enabled
  • Skid-free housing
  • Skin-friendly housing absorbs perspiration and oils

All tools of the Micromat/Minimat/Sensomat, etc. series are designed — independently from the selected drive-technology — for heavy-duty use in industrial production facilities. Our quality control starts with the design of important machine parts, such as bearings, gear components, or materials, and continues through the whole manufacturing process. Deprag's production process assures the highest precision, the best possible material-hardening of parts and a final quality control that is detailed and thorough. It also includes technical advice given by their application and product experts.

Nanomat – the smallest pneumatic screwdriver

Micromat – the pen-sized pneumatic screwdriver

Minimat – the basic solution pneumatic screwdriver

Sensomat – the screwdriver with a regulated clutch function

When the driving torque is higher than the seating torque and an electric screwdriver is too costly.

Minimat-ESD – the screwdriver for ESD-safe assembly

Specially designed for the operation in electrostatic exposed areas.

Minimat-ED – the digital electric screwdriver (plug and play)

Input or adjust the required torque-setting directly on the screwdriver.

Minimat-EC – the flexible EC screwdriver with the highest standards

Available in different design executions: straight, pistol-grip and angle-head.

Minimat-EC-Servo – the flexible EC servo screwdriver

This screwdriver has an integrated transducer – closed loop.

Minimat-EC Cordless

Same quality, design and features of Deprag's EC Screwdriver series – all without a cable.
